Fall is Jill and John’s favorite season. What better time to bring out their little sports fan Jadon for his first photoshoot? At 5 months old Jadon is quite the Illinois State and Toronto Maple Leaf fan. They were right at home surrounded by the beautiful changing foliage – they love the fall so much their home is decorated in the colors of the season. Such a happy family.

Marc and Katie have such a beautiful family. Hard to believe that Joey is 18 months old! Katie was quite the proud momma to see her children cooperate and follow directions and be completely comfortable and candid during our session. At 18 months Joey is learning and exploring the world! Walking, playing and keeping up with big sister Lydia. He’s going to have to be quick; Lydia is a runner and chatting up a storm. Marc shared that this is his favorite session they have had with us. What a wonderful compliment, we look forward to capturing many more milestones with Marc, Katie, Lydia and Joey.

Keeping traditions alive is a huge part of Christmas. These families have all extended their love beyond the bounds of many by adopting a child or children from Ethiopia. Each year a special celebration takes place to keep the culture alive these truly special children were born into. The day was filled with so much spirit and love. We were so lucky to capture this unique Christmas celebration.

Ballet bubble princess, Nola is two years old! This little lady was ready for a fun day. She followed directions perfectly and we got some amazing photos. The day was filled with flower picking (Nola’s favorite!), tiaras, tutus and bubble blowing. Nola is such a sweetheart and has stolen our hearts.

In preparation for the upcoming holiday season Ethan and Sophie decided to do a photo session with us this fall. The fall colors make for a gorgeous background. Their cats Neuske (black) and Bootsie (gray) joined in on the fun. Pets are family too! Ethan and Sophie’s Christmas cards are sure to be stunning.

Emily’s beautiful blue eyes sparkle brightly at her 6month photo session. Sister Elise joined her on this chilly day for a few photos too. At 6 months old Emily is discovering many things in the world around her – she was very fascinated with the grass. It was amazing to watch her interact and learn. These little angles are the apples of their parents Ann and Andy eye’s. Such a lovely family!

For Mary’s 60th birthday her children gave her a wonderful surprise, a family photo session! Daughter

and son Chad joined together to give Mary a birthday she will not soon forget. The day was filled with
love, laughter and smiles starting with photos in the backyard. Next stop, a bridge Mary had always
wanted photos taken on, playing in the water and we finished off the day with a trip to the park for the
kiddos. Cheers to Mary and her beautiful family.

What a super little lady! Newborn, Tahlia had her first official photoshoot alongside
her Super Mom – Adrienne and Super Dad – Kerry. Due to a family emergency we were
unable to snap the photos of this lovely growing family, so we called upon Beth Higgins
to save the day. Thankfully we were able to do the editing on this session. Beth’s work
