Emily is 1! We’ve watched her grow from a newborn, such an adorable little girl. The backdrop for this shoot was a field with a rocking chair, like big sister Elise did when she was one year old. Emily and Elise’s Grandparents from Australia happened to be visiting also and we were able to give them some great family photos also.
Gene and Liza must be such proud parents they have two great kids Austin and Lauren. Austin is growing up so fast, his independence has sparked a love of karate and football. Austin is so sweet spending time reading to his baby sister Lauren. Lauren is a girly girl and a little cheerleader. She loves spending time with mommy and playing dress up, but still loves being tossed in the air with daddy. Austin’s best friend, Julia is like a part of the family and joined in the photos too.
Bethany and Nate are swing dancers, full of energy and spirit. The couple said their “I Do’s” April 18th, 2009. Since becoming husband and wife, they have packed up their dancing shoes to travel the world doing missionary work. Bethany and Nate’s wedding party photos are some of our favorites! We had the opportunity to do some really fun shots with interesting landscaping staggering the wedding party around the couple as well as in a gazebo. The ladies literally swept Nate off his feet! Happy Anniversary Bethany and Nate. Cheers to many more years of happily ever after.
Before Devon a Greg’s nuptials we took a trip around Chicago for some fun photos. We started in the Lobby of the Amalfi Hotel on an oversized deco style couch. After the formals in the lobby we were off for a sight seeing photo adventure. Photos were taken at The Newberry Library, The Shedd Aquarium, The Adler Planetarium, The Art Institute, The Bean in Millennium Park and of course Lake Michigan with the famous Chicago skyline as a backdrop. The most memorable stop along the way was The Chicago Theatre where Devon and Greg were serenaded by a Tina Turner impersonator.
