After the I do’s it was time to celebrate! The fun continued into Tim and Bethany’s reception, the energy flow was non-stop and the wedding party was ready to dance the night away. Tim and Bethany preformed the traditional bouquet and garter toss. As Bethany launched the bouquet the flowers hit the ceiling landing just feet behind her, talk about making the ladies work for it!
Justin and Anna were married in Rockford, IL with family formals in Dad’s backyard. The lush greenery made for a gorgeous location for a wonderful couple. Anna’s Swedish heritage shined through in red and blue horses, traditionally known as the Dala horse, in her reception décor and guest favors. The tiny horses made for some very fun and playful ring shots.
Outside the Amalfi Hotel, Greg anxiously awaits the first glimpse of his soon to be wife, Devon. After spending the first part of her day being pampered and sharing laughs with bridesmaids and family Devon is ready to see Greg too. With his back turned towards the door, Devon slowly approaches. Finally the moment they’ve been waiting for! They were beaming with pure joy as their eyes met! It was such a beautiful moment to have shared with this lovely couple.
Tim and Bethany were all smiles on their big day! We have known the couple for a few years and had the pleasure of photographing their engagement. The running theme of Tim and Bethany’s photos was to show the rings as many times as possible, who can blame them, it certainly is gorgeous! Even Tim got in on showing off “the ring”. Tim and Bethany are such a fun couple and it really shows in their formals, they really allowed for creativity and let loose.
